Refund eligibility depends on the course format, enrolment terms, and refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.
5.1 Instructor-Led Courses
For live online training programmes, the applicable refund and cancellation conditions will be communicated before enrolment or payment.
If Techcraft cancels a programme without providing an acceptable alternative, we will communicate the available refund or rescheduling options in accordance with the applicable course terms and law.
If a participant requests cancellation or withdrawal, the refund, if any, will be determined by the disclosed cancellation policy and applicable legal requirements.
